Terms of Service — PacketPanda Infrastructure

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using any PacketPanda VPS or Dedicated Server service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

PacketPanda provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting with shared vCPU resources and up to 10 Gbps port speed across Russia (RU), Iran (IR), Netherlands (NL), and Germany (DE), as well as Dedicated Bare-Metal servers with 10 Gbps to 20 Gbps port speed in Amsterdam, Netherlands (NL). All nodes include spoofed and IPHM enabled capabilities.

3. Payment & Billing

All payments are settled exclusively via cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Solana, USDT, Ethereum, Litecoin). No KYC or identity verification is required. All sales are final — no refunds are provided once a server has been provisioned and deployed.

Payments are due prior to service activation
Promotional codes (such as PANDA20) must be applied at the time of purchase
Late renewals may result in automated service suspension
On-chain network transaction fees are the sole responsibility of the customer

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted on your infrastructure. PacketPanda provides unmonitored compute and transit infrastructure only. However, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Distribution of child exploitation material (CSAM)
Phishing or identity theft targeting private individuals
Operations targeting life-safety or critical emergency infrastructure (hospitals, emergency services)
Cryptocurrency mining on shared VPS plans not designated for sustained CPU hashing

5. Resource Usage

VPS instances utilize shared host resources. Each plan includes allocated shared vCPU cores, RAM, NVMe SSD storage, and up to 10 Gbps shared port capacity. Dedicated servers provide 100% unshared physical hardware. Excessive abuse on shared VPS nodes that degrades host stability for neighboring tenants may result in resource scheduling adjustments or suspension.

6. Privacy & Data

PacketPanda does not collect, store, or process personal identity records. We do not retain logs of network traffic, payload contents, or connection metadata.

Zero traffic logging or deep packet inspection
Zero KYC identity documents requested or stored
Zero customer metadata shared with third parties
Data security and backups on provisioned instances are the tenant's sole responsibility

7. Service Availability

PacketPanda targets 99.9% network availability across all facilities. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated via our Telegram desk whenever operationally feasible. Services are provided without financial SLA credits.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

PacketPanda reserves the right to suspend or terminate instances that violate these Terms or threaten upstream core infrastructure stability. No refunds are issued for terminated services.

9. Limitation of Liability

PacketPanda provides infrastructure strictly on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or operational interruption arising from the use of our services.

10. Modifications to Terms

PacketPanda may update these Terms as infrastructure offerings evolve. Continued operation of active instances constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
