1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using any PacketPanda VPS service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

PacketPanda provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services with shared vCPU resources, up to 10 Gbps port speed, and spoofed & IPHM enabled capabilities. Servers are available in Russia (RU), Iran (IR), Netherlands (NL), and Germany (DE).

3. Payment & Billing

All payments are made exclusively via cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Monero, USDT, Ethereum, Litecoin). No KYC or identity verification is required. All sales are final — no refunds are provided once a VPS has been provisioned and deployed.

• Payments are due before service activation
• Promo codes (e.g., PANDA20) are applied at time of purchase only
• Late renewals may result in service suspension
• Cryptocurrency transaction fees are the customer's responsibility

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted on your VPS. PacketPanda provides infrastructure only and does not monitor or control customer activities. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Distribution of child exploitation material (CSAM)
• Phishing or identity theft targeting individuals
• Use of services to directly harm critical infrastructure (hospitals, emergency services)
• Mining cryptocurrency on VPS plans not designated for such use

5. Resource Usage

VPS resources are shared. Each plan comes with allocated shared vCPU cores, RAM, NVMe SSD storage, and up to 10 Gbps shared port speed. Excessive and sustained abuse of shared resources that impacts other customers on the same node may result in service throttling or suspension.

6. Privacy & Data

PacketPanda does not collect, store, or process any personal information. We do not keep logs of network activity, traffic content, or connection metadata. Our zero-KYC policy means no identity documents are requested or retained.

• No traffic logging or monitoring
• No identity verification stored
• No data shared with third parties
• Customer data on VPS is customer's sole responsibility

7. Service Availability

PacketPanda targets 99.9% uptime across all locations. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via Telegram when possible. No compensation is provided for downtime.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

PacketPanda reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect our infrastructure and other customers. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

PacketPanda provides services "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use of our services. Customers use our services entirely at their own risk.

10. Modifications to Terms

PacketPanda reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Major changes will be announced via our Telegram channel.
